Rs 20 Lakh compensation for accidental death and 10 Lakh for injury with free treatment.
Monthly pension of Rs 5,000 for all drivers after age 55.
Form a Welfare Board under All Bengal Driver Mahasangha for driver development.
Provision of two-room housing for every driver family.
Proper education arrangements for drivers' children.
Parking and toilets every 100km on National Highways.

Permission to drive in local areas without harassment.
Post toll plaza staff at least 150km away from their homes.
Reservation benefits in higher education for drivers' children.
